The App is designed to help you optimize your device storage by identifying and removing unnecessary files, compressing photos and videos, and organizing your content. By using Cleaner AI - Smart Storage, you agree to the terms outlined in this User Service Agreement.

2. Subscription Service

Cleaner AI - Smart Storage offers a subscription-based service that provides access to the following premium features:

• Unlimited cleaning of duplicate photos and videos
• Smart compression for photos and videos
• Storage insights and detailed breakdowns

3. Subscription Options

We offer the following subscription plans:

Weekly Subscription: US$9.99 per week

• Includes a 3-day free trial for new users
• Automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

Yearly Subscription: US$39.99 per year

• No free trial
• Automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

Non-Renewing Subscription: US$49.99

• One-time purchase with no automatic renewal
• No free trial
• Access to premium features for the specified duration

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. For auto-renewing subscriptions, payment will be charged at the beginning of each renewal period. The exact price will be displayed before confirmation.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
• After cancellation, access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. If you are dissatisfied, you may request a refund through Apple's official channels

5. Data Privacy and Security

• All operations performed by Cleaner AI - Smart Storage are conducted locally on your device. No files are uploaded to external servers
• Your data remains entirely under your control. We do not collect, store, or access any personal files or content
• Photos and videos deleted through the App are moved to your device's "Recently Deleted" folder, where they can be recovered within the retention period set by your device

6. Disclaimer

• Cleaner AI - Smart Storage is designed to assist with storage optimization, but we do not guarantee specific results regarding space freed or device performance
• You are responsible for selecting which files to delete or compress. We recommend that you review files carefully before taking action

7. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
