1. Introduction
Welcome to SnapSweep ("the App"). This App is designed to help you optimize your device’s storage by identifying and removing unnecessary files, compressing photos and videos, and organizing your content. By using SnapSweep, you agree to the terms outlined in this User Service Agreement.
2. Subscription Services
SnapSweep offers a subscription-based service that provides access to premium features, including:
- Unlimited cleanup of redundant photos and videos.
- Storage of private photos in a secure Private Space.
3. Free Trial and Subscription
- Upon signing up, you will receive a 3-day free trial of the premium features.
- After the trial period, the subscription will automatically renew at a weekly rate of $3.99 (or the equivalent in your local currency). The exact price will be displayed before confirmation.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
- Upon cancellation, access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Refunds are subject to Apple’s refund policy. If you are unsatisfied, you may request a refund through Apple’s official channels.
5. Data Privacy and Security
- All operations performed by SnapSweep occur locally on your device. No files are uploaded to external servers.
- Your data remains entirely under your control. We do not collect, store, or access any personal files or content.
6. Disclaimer
- SnapSweep is designed to help optimize storage, but we do not guarantee specific results regarding freed space or device performance.
- You are solely responsible for selecting files to delete or compress. We recommend reviewing files carefully before taking action.
7. Changes to the Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
